Careers in conservation

The sort by closing date in the list of vacancies now works properly and I've increased the number of vacancies displayed on the front page to 10.

I've also managed to get all the Conferences and events displaying on one page, dispensing with the odd vertical pagination.

Also fixed over the weekend is the blog layout used for the news and the training.
